Thanks to MICROSORBER® artificial, translucent glass plates, the sound of the organ in the St Matthew Church is even more beautiful
22 MICROSORBER artificial translucent glass plates, each 0.8 x 3m
The sound development of a listed building presents particular difficulties. Strict conditions are needed to be met in terms of shape, colour and design. The measures taken must combine efficiency and discretion - in the image of MICROSORBER. Artificial glass micro perforated plates reduce reverberation time, improving acoustics whilst also meet all design requirements. 22 translucent sheets of artificial glass with a size of 0.8 x 3m were attached to the walls of the Saint Matthew Church. They perfectly adapt to the lighting concept and wall décor and are fully integrated as a modern element in this place where old and new coexist.
